PAYMENT

1.How do i pay for my order?

You can pay through multiple payment options on UAV Marketplace, the checkout page. You can pay through Credit/Debit Cards, Internet Banking, Mobile Payments, Manual bank transfer, Wallets and UPI. You can also apply a coupon that you might receive from UAV or redeem UAV points that you have earned from your previous purchases.

2.  Are there any extra charges for different payment methods?

As per the payment gateway additional upto 2% charge is applicable at the time of the transaction. Please note the charges are deducted directly from the Payment Gateway for the Services

ORDERING

1.How do i place an order?


    • Enter our online Store

    •   Search or browse for your desired product.

    • Select desired customization options.

    • Enter the quantity required and select "Add to Cart".

    • Scroll back to the 'Top' and on the right side select "Checkout".

2.What does my order status mean?

a)Pending:

Your order has been placed on our website, we are awaiting payment and or payment proof from you to process the order. The order will be on hold for up to 4 days after which we will cancel the order if we have not received payment and or payment proof.

b)Processing:

We have received the payment for your order. Your order is being processed and will be dispatched within 2 to 3 working days.

c)Complete:

Your order is packed and ready for the collection by Courier Company. The tracking id has been sent to you by mail and can also be checked on the website

3.How to check the status of your order?

After placing an order, an email is sent to your inbox which mentions order status. You can also check the order status by:

  • Sign in to your account.
  • Go to my account.
  • Go to my order.
  • Order status is mentioned alongside the order number with other  details. 

Note:

If you have not received order notification mail, check the Spam folder. It sometimes routes to this folder instead of Inbox.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

1.What is your returns policy?

2.I received the wrong item?

We take great care in shipping out the correct product in order through multiple barcoding and stock-keeping methods. Despite all our efforts, if the product(s) you receive is different from the product(s) you ordered, we will ship out the correct item again after verifying. The first thing you need to do is contact us, by phone (WhatsApp) or preferably by mail. Please send us as much information as possible including your order number, which product you ordered, and what you received instead. Include pictures of the product label(s), and the packing slip. After verifying, we will ship out the correct item free of cost or provide a refund. In either case, you will be required to send us back the incorrect item you received in an intact and unused condition. We will assist you with the return process and bear all shipping costs involved.

3.My order arrived damage?

We take great pride in using excellent packing material so that your order arrives at your doorstep in pristine condition. If despite our best efforts to carefully prepare your order, it arrives damaged, we will replace the damaged parts or in case the item is out of stock, refund the same. Please accept our sincere apologies for the same. To assist you with this matter, please contact our Customer Service team.Since the online marketplace is prone to fraudulent activities, in order to protect our interest and safekeeping, you will be asked to send us an unboxing video or photos for verification. 

4.Where should i submit my authorized return?

You can contact our customer support to initiate a return request and we will assist you with the same.

5.How do i receive customer support?

6.What would I do if I entered an incorrect shipping address?

If you have accidentally entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately letting us know the need to update your address. Please include your full name, order number, and the correct shipping address. Orders are processed as quickly as possible and for this reason, we cannot guarantee any changes to your order once it has been shipped.

We will do our best to change the shipping address before it ships. If it does ship before we are able to fix the issue, please reply to our message when the tracking information states that it is being returned to the sender. As soon as we receive it, we will ship you out a new package.

6.Can I change or cancel an order?

Once you’ve submitted your order, it’s not possible to edit the items in your order or change your delivery address. You can always place a second order for any additional items you want and cancel the previous order, although this might get you to lose your discounts from the first order. Please contact our customer service for additional assistance
