SHIPPING POLICIES

  • We use – to ship our products to your destination depending upon destination address.
  • We can also ship through different courier companies on your special request.

SHIPPING TIME / DELIVERY TIME

  • We make our best efforts to ship your order within the same day of the order. 99% of our orders are shipped within 24 Hours.
  • We can also ship through different courier companies on your special request.
  • We ship on weekdays (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays. Orders placed on SUNDAY will be shipped only on MONDAY.
  • Orders placed before 12.00 PM will be shipped on the same day except on Sundays and Public Holidays
  • Shipments created before 12:00 PM will be picked up by them on the same day. Otherwise, the shipment will be picked up only on the next day.
  • Though we can guarantee a delivery time of 7-8 days to anywhere in India, it is totally beyond our control. Each shipping company has their own methods.
  • intermediate transit locations etc. and the delivery time is not predictable.
  • Please plan your order allowing sufficient time for the delivery instead of last-minute orders.

GUARANTEE / WARRANTY

  • We DO NOT provide any type of Guarantee or Warranty for all products sold at uavmarketplace.in
  • Order once placed CAN NOT be cancelled, clubbed, modified or refunded.
  • uavmarketplace.in provides complete replacement or returns of any product only in following conditions:
    1. If product is defective, damaged or broken at the time its arrived, contact us with proof of delivery.
    2. If Product is not working, contact us with the testing proof of the product received from us, without testing proof no return or refund claims will be initiated.
  • uavmarketplace.in will return/replace products only if you inform about your concern over mail within 48 hours after products arrival with testing proof, strictly within 48 hours no excuses. For any queries, please write to us at info@uavmarketplace.in.
  • For refund in case of defective, damaged or broken products customer has to inform us within 48 hours after received of product. No exception, and it has to be in its original condition with original packing. uavmarketplace holds right to reject refund request if any product is found not in its original condition
  • NOTE:
    1. Shipping charges for returns would be bare by the customer and is non-refundable.
    2. For the defective or faulty product above conditions are applicable only if manufacturer approved.
  • Please note that an unboxing video is required

  • Standard Turnaround: 99% of inventory is shipped within 24 hours.
  • Sunday Protocol: Orders placed on Sundays or Public Holidays are queued for priority dispatch on the following business day.

Transit & Delivery

While we facilitate a projected 7-8 day delivery window across India, final transit times are governed by external courier networks and regional logistics. We advise professionals to plan procurement cycles in advance of mission deadlines.

Warranty Status

All products are sold without an expressed guarantee or warranty. Once an order is finalized, it cannot be modified, cancelled, or clubbed.

Claims & Rectification

We offer replacement or return protocols strictly under the following conditions:

  • Dead on Arrival (DOA): Notification of damage or defects must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Mandatory Documentation: Claims require a comprehensive Unboxing Video and Technical Testing Proof. No exceptions are made for claims submitted without visual verification.
  • Manufacturer Approval: Refunds for faulty components are subject to final validation by the original manufacturer.

Returns & Responsibility

Returns Protocol

Approved returns must be in original condition and packaging. Logistics costs for return shipping are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Operational Responsibility

We accept no liability for damage resulting from improper installation. Professionals must ensure correct electrical polarity and safety benchmarks are met during assembly.
