a) Turn Off the Transmitter:
- Ensure that the transmitter is completely powered off and disconnected from any power source.
b) Remove External Components:
- If there are any external components (antennas, modules, etc.) attached to the transmitter, remove them to access the gimbal assembly.
c) Access the Internals:
- Open the transmitter casing carefully, following the guidelines in the user manual. This may involve removing screws or using special tools.
d) Disconnect Wiring:
- Identify and disconnect the wiring connecting the existing gimbal to the transmitter. Take note of the connections to ensure correct reassembly.
e) Remove the Old Gimbal:
- Once the wiring is detached, carefully remove the old gimbal from its mounting points. This might involve additional screws or fasteners.
f) Install the New Gimbal:
- Align the new gimbal with the mounting points and secure it in place using screws or other fastening mechanisms.
g) Connect Wiring for the New Gimbal:
- Reconnect the wiring for the new gimbal, ensuring a secure and proper connection.
h) Close the Casing:
- Put the transmitter casing back together, following the reverse of the disassembly process. Make sure all components are in their correct positions.
i) Calibration (if required):
- Some transmitters may require gimbal calibration after replacement. Refer to the user manual for specific calibration instructions.
